Brandon was born on the 25 July 2007 he is of dual heritage heritage, White English /Black Caribbean.
He is a healthy child and developing well, meeting all his developmental milestones. He has been with his foster carer since he was discharged from hospital and has formed a strong attachment with her and her family.
The carer describes him as a sociable and happy child, always smiling and loves to be cuddled, although he is not clingy. He is not yet crawling, but enjoys rolling around on the floor to explore his environment. He likes listening to nursery rhymes and gets excited looking at pictures in his books. Brandon particularly likes musical toys with flashing lights as well as soft toys.
Brandon enjoys a variety of food and he is now learning to chew. He likes being pushed around outdoors in his buggy and seems to focus on his surroundings. At the end of the day he enjoys a warm bath where he likes to splash and kick his legs in the water.
